Sponsoring ICRAFMN 2024 offers a unique opportunity for a company or organization to increase its visibility and product awareness within a highly specialized, influential community.
Sponsor acknowledgments, including the company's name, product, and logo, will appear on the conference's main page and in all official conference documentation.
Platinum Sponsorship [INR 1,50,000 / USD 2000]
The platinum conference sponsorship package combines marketing and branding association before the event and maximum exposure during the conference.Only Three Platinum Sponsorship will be made available for a particular conference.

| Web Site | Your company will be featured on the conference website beginning with the signing of a sponsorship agreement or the conference's announcement, whichever occurs first. The conference is announced between six and twelve months before the conference's date. As a Platinum sponsor of the conference, you are entitled to promote your company. |
| Signage | The platinum sponsor is entitled to prominent signage in the main live streaming during the conference. Signage for the platinum sponsor will be more prominent than any co-sponsors. |
| Proceedings | Your company's logo will appear on the cover of the conference proceedings as a platinum sponsor. On the cover of the proceedings, only the Platinum sponsor and the Conference logo are featured. |
| Promotions | As the platinum conference sponsor, your company's name and logo will appear prominently alongside those of any co-sponsors in the proceedings, on the conference website, on a display board in the conference registration area, and in any other pre-conference promotional material (within the production schedule). |
| Literature | As a platinum conference sponsor, you will have the opportunity to include your company's brochure and a gift/giveaway in the attendee pack that is distributed to conference attendees upon registration. |

A gold conference sponsorship package combines marketing and branding association before the event and extensive exposure during the conference. Six gold sponsorship packages are available for a particular conference.

Sponsorship for young researcher award [INR 20,000 / USD 250]
Four awards will be presented during the Conference to researchers under the age of 35 who demonstrate excellent scientific work. The researcher should complete the work independently of any co-author(s). The author of the winning paper must personally present the work during the conference's award session.
Four sponsorships for young researcher award are available
- Signage: A award sponsor is entitled to prominent signage in the main live streaming during the award session of the conference.
- Company Literature and Giveaway: Prior to the award session, the sponsors details will be highlighted and will also be mentioned in the award-winning certificates.
- Promotional Material: Your company's name and logo will appear on the conference website, in the conference proceedings (within production schedules).
Insertion of materials into the delegate packs
Brochures and/or flyers can be inserted into delegate packs.
Time slot during the conferences:
A sponsor can schedule a presentation within a Conference stream. This would be carefully coordinated between academic presenters and sponsors.
- There are computer systems and data projectors available. We would like to request that the presentation be made available for pre-loading onto the system.
- The presentation/demonstration would be advertised on our website ahead of time.
- The event could be improved even further by including it in our Conference's "Joining Instructions," which are e-mailed to registered participants prior to the Conference.
